Fulfillment
It takes our team between 2–7 business days to prepare and fulfill an order.

Then we ship out your order! Our average shipping time is 4 business days (in the US). Once we ship your order, we’ll send you the shipping confirmation email.
Estimated delivery
Customer receives their order after we fulfill and ship it. Estimated delivery includes our fulfillment time plus shipping.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
- Average 3-5 business day delivery
- A flat rate of $/order (depending on the location of shipping address)

Each customer must pay for their shipping price upon the final payment (which is calculated based on the shipping address of the order). We’ll show you the expected cost of shipping at checkout.
SOME PRODUCTS MIGHT BE SHIPPED SEPARATELY
Due to some of our products being packaged and shipped separately during fulfillment, items in your order may have different delivery times.
CUSTOMS
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on the destination country. The fee may vary depending on your order value, country limits, and other factors. All customers are responsible for these fees. We are not responsible for delays in delivery.
DELIVERY TIMES
To ensure we send your products as fast as possible, we work with major carriers in finding the best and fastest shipping options to ship orders in the quickest way! We partner with these global carriers to give you the best shipping experience: The delivery times of the shipping methods we offer are estimates provided by the carriers. So there may be some cases when packages are delivered outside of the listed estimated timeframe. If you think that the package may be lost in transit, make sure you get in touch with our support team no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date.
